Jamil Mogul, Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Jamil Mogul who is also our company's founder has been the Chief Executive Officer and an Acting Vice President of Product Development since its inception. He has over twenty (20) years of a strong, extensive, expansive technical and solid, progressive, hands-on managerial experience with proven records of accomplishments of on-spec, on-time and within-budget projects of more than twenty (20) medical devices and instrumentations that were developed from concept through manufacturing transfer, produced in high volumes and released to market. Also, he has a multidisciplinary expertise in engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs (and clinical trials), manufacturing, marketing and program management, all of which he learnt and practiced multiple times at our own company and previously at other companies. Moreover, he has provided technical leadership and guidance for the activities of all the Engineering and Operational functions-Mechanical, Electrical--Digital & Analog, Software/Systems, FEA, DFMA, risk management, design & process V&V testing, equipment installation, operational & performance qualifications, Design Controls, and production facility & manufacturing lines setup..

Mr. Mogul served as a Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at a startup medical device company in San Diego, California. Prior to this, he was a Director of Catheter Development at AFx which was acquired by Guidant/Abbott, and a Director of R&D at Boston Scientific Corporation. He also served as a technical leader and played various management and engineering roles for cross-functional multiple product development projects at Johnson & Johnson (LifeScan), Laserscope, Puritan-Bennett (now Covidien) and Siemens Ultrasound.

Mr. Mogul has a Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, California. He is an inventor of the four issued medical device patents for our company, and has several other issued medical device US and foreign patents for other companies. Also, he has published several technical articles in the Machine Design and Design News magazines.

Jill Irwin, Vice President of Research & Development Operation

Jill Irwin is the Vice President of Research & Development Operation for our company. She has over 20 years of an extensive technical and managerial experience in the medical device, aerospace, and hi-tech defense industries. She has successfully managed medical device projects, completing them on time and under budget, for Mogul Enterprises, Inc. and other medical device companies. She has demonstrated proficiencies in staffing assignments, overseeing R&D operations, and generating technical documentation for the medical device industry.

Ms. Irwin served as Director of Operations at Emprend, Inc, in Los Altos, California, a project management company. Prior to this, she was a Project Manager at Boston Scientific Corporation. She has held positions as an Engineering Specialist, a Lead Design Engineer, and a Mechanical Engineer at several major aerospace and hi-tech defense contract companies.

Ms. Irwin has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from San Jose State University, in California, and Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, located in south Florida. Additionally, she has taken several post-graduate seminars and courses to continuously increase her knowledge base.
